Starting May 16 at Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort…
You and your family will be able to enjoy an all-you-care-to-enjoy family-style dinner that will include items for the entire family! From starters of “Chef Mickey’s Caesar,” to citrus-poached shrimp salad, and assorted bread. Main courses of gnocchi, roasted garlic potato Gratin, plant-based faro wheat fried rice, prime rib, roasted turkey, and salmon. OH MY! And of course, an amazing assortment of sweets! Your littles will be able to enjoy mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, turkey corn dog nuggets, and more!
But that’s not all!
“No touch” appearances like snapping a selfie or waving hello as Mickey and some of his favorite pals make appearances! This will be like other character dining locations, like Topolino’s Terrace, that have been happening. You will even be about to take home a souvenir with character signatures and colorful artwork!
Cape May Café at Disney’s Beach Club Resort reopens on May 18!
Cape May Café will serve breakfast and dinner, but Minnie’s Beach Bash Character Breakfast and the Seafood-and-More Dinner Buffet will not return at reopening.
The all-you-care-to-enjoy family-style breakfast menu will feature popular staples like pastries, omelets, and Mickey and Minnie waffles. Oh, and don’t forget the layered crispy, cream-filled “Lobster Tail”! Yum!
A few of the options at dinner will include house-made Parker House rolls and cornbread, a seafood boil with a variety of fresh seafood, The Turf Platter with steak and chicken, and we can’t forget about the lobster mac and cheese!

Coming soon - Tusker House Restaurant!
A favorite character dining location at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Tusker House Restaurant, will reopen sometime this summer! Like Chef Mickey, Tusker House will feature a modified character experience. You will be able to enjoy delicious family-style entrees inspired by the flavors of Africa + you can snap photos of Donald Duck and friends, dressed in their safari best as they promenade through the restaurant! Information about the menu and when this experience can be booked will be available at a later date.
